30 years of experience in Spa, Leisure, hotels, golf & country clubs. Ian founded Bailey Creative 10 years ago following a successful career in tennis, leisure, hospitality & spas across the globe. Experience working for some great individuals & companies including Meridien Hotels, Wentworth Club, Champneys Spa resorts, ESPA, Elemis & L'Oréal all added layers of skill and industry knowledge that have proved invaluable when appointed to start a new project. In working globally Bailey Creative has a wealth of experiences that add to any project, this includes a diverse & highly skilled team that support many functions within each phase of a project.
